Having grumbled previously about a certain computer supply company,
which I declined to name, it's only fair that I now inform you that PC
Specialist (for it was they) replaced my lapdog bag promptly and without
quibble after I returned it to them.

I e-mailed to inform that the replacement had been received and to thank
them and their e-mail in response included "Here at PC Specialist we are
happy to go beyond our duty to ensure we are able to offer the best
customer experience possible so if there is anything we can do to assist
then please do not hesitate to let us know."

I was tempted to write back and say that not waffling to the customer
about investigating their contract with their supplier, etc might
enhance the experience, but decided that was a bit petty.

Nice to know. This desktop is one of theirs from about 4 years ago. I
have a had a couple of problems of my own making and it has got
something which I cannot explain (it is hesitant at times) but was
actually thinking of ordering for a second time from the same supplier -
which typically has not happened when replacing my desktop as the
supplier has gone out of business!
