Glad to hear that Vicky. I had wondered if youd resolved your problem.
Npower then said it would take 6 weeks to get a final account! And
they'd not managed any bill since October. I complained and they gave
a final figure and promised to email it but I am still waiting for
that and have forgotten what it was. I do recall it was a refund due
but am waiting to see that in writing or in my bank a/c. :) Bulb were
very accessible and responded quickly to emails.
I gave up on Npower some years ago after the small print of my then tariff
was changed so as to be different from the headline promises, and they then
repeatedly messed up the billing. Like you I had to get the new supplier
to sort out refunds using the correct final reading, because Npower did
absolutely nothing about their errors. Never again with them ...
