Unless Will moves in with the rest of the family, he's going to need
some help for a while and a live-in nanny is not the best option.

Lexi has kids and is capable of housework. Lexi is looking for work -
preferably local.

And Ambridgians don’t seem to think she should go to work ‘in that horrible
chicken factory’ do they?

It occurs to me that handling raw chicken meat en masse might not be
advisable come pregnancy?

Although I have a hunch that Will is not very tolerant of Eastern
Europeans. I bet he voted Leave.

Yebbut, she's OK. Not like all those young lads who were sleeping
with all our lasses all summer!

I think I might have suggested this a while back. But can Will afford
to pay?

Assuming he keeps his keeper job, I would think so: he thought he could
afford for the late Umbrella not to work, didn't he?

Brine will see that he can afford it, anyway he’s got the rent from No 1
The Green as a second income. He maintains he’s got a good income.

The late Umbrella effectively worked for her keep alone.
An employee would expect to be paid, so the two situations are not the same.
