My, that was a lovely celebration you laid on in the Bull, Vicky. Many
thanks. Thanks to all umrat’s for your good wishes. Before that, Bingo and
I spent a quiet day at home, which is just as well because two bouquets
arrived from granddaughters and a large box from #1 daughter full of
presents. My nice neighbour popped in this afternoon to say hello. #2
daughter and s-i-l are coming over from Cumbria tomorrow to take me out to
lunch. It will need to be very good to match up to The Bull jollies. <Hic>

I had to start a new thread because as soon as I read the posts, they
disappeared.

In anticipation of tomorrow, I’m off for my annual bath.

Any new pictures (or short videos) of Bingo you want UMRA to see?
There's nothing since 2018-5-17 on http://255soft.uk/Bingo/ - has she
grown more?

JPG (or @jpeg22433085 - I've finally signed up to twitter, though have
little idea what to do now that I have).

I think you showed your good wishes by the amount of lemon drizzle
cake you ate and the amount of Shires you quaffed! It was nice to have
umrats at the party.

That wouldn't have been me (-:! I don't like beer - not through any
moralistic view (I could certainly live without alcohol, hardly ever
occurs to me to drink or buy it when on my own which I am most of the
time, but that doesn't mean I'm any sort of
objector/campaigner/whatever), I just don't like the taste. (I never
lost the sweet tooth of childhood - so could well have eaten lots of
cake!)

Hope SODAM (and Bingo!) had a good one.

Well, I thought what was in his pint glass was Shires but it could
have been a fizzy or soft drink. It was definitely him and eating lots
of cake. And flapjacks. Can lemon drizzle cake affect memory the
next day, as if very drunk?

Follow more people, check out their followers. Search for keywords like
"petitions". You could follow @HoCpetitions for a start.

If you want your tweets to be read, you need to build a network of
people who will retweet them to their followers. You can only start to
do that by following people.

Thanks! I'm now jpeg_G6 - I _hope_ that's easier to remember than

too short. I _think_ the minimum is 5 characters.)

You can change your Twitter name by clicking on your profile photo in the top right of
your Twitter home page. Click on edit and then change the name which is over on the left
hand side of that page. Save changes and Robert is your uncle, though probably not your name!
