I don't like or trust Vince and didn't want him to end up as a
permanent partner with Elizabeth. It was suggested he would be
operated on by the PTF and, like Peggy's Jack, become a respected
member of Ambridge. I thought him worse than Matt on the criminality
level.

I suppose I quite enjoyed him and Elizabeth disconcerting Russ. Becaue
I don't like him either :). I wonder if V will not just use LL wine
but also transfer the wedding now. David and Elizabeth will fall out
again, if so.

Then there is the reality of lockdown. People elsewhere have
discussed whether they would prefer it mentioned and AMbridge to be
like the world, which is obviously difficult if they write weeks in
advance, or prefer a protected covid-free, but unrealistic, zone. I'd
prefer some realism but not too much virus stuff. I found Vince
becoming that close to Elizabeth jarred from the lockdown PoV.

Then there is Kirsty wandering around to places people sleep rough.
Won't Carpet pick her up and fine her for breaking lockdown? Apart
from charging her with tampering with witness evidence if she finds
Blake & co.

Yes, I think I'm with you there - _some_ realism, but not going
overboard with it. (The timelag prevents too much detail anyway.)

Well, I have a strong dislike of drunkenness (and of course other
drug-induced behaviour) anyway. The authorities have _sort of_
acknowledged it in the CoViD context (varying around the four nations!),
but are being very wet about it.

Yes, he might. Is enforcement (in practice, not in theory) different in
rural areas?

Though I think that would be going too far, as they'd be useful
witnesses.
(As others have said, it probably wouldn't be Carpet anyway.)
