I just wonder if the people who have reently rejigged Radio 4 & 4x
thought about Remembrance Sunday when they were doing so? In the old
days, making the omnibus start half an hour early seemed neither here
nor there but dragging it, kicking and screaming, backwards through a
hedge by one and three quarter hours and all the collateral
programming damage caused along the way.. ...surely nobody really
thought this through, did they?

No-one thinks anything through any longer.

Perhaps it was an eleventh-hour decision?
