Okay: so I've spotted the Telegraph's rather weak, recursive one and
outed the Independent's implausible AI but unless it's Charlotte
Higgins announcing that A Month in Ambridge is taking a sabbatical
then I'm nuggered if I can find a joke in the Grauniad. (F'r'Us)

I thought about that too. In fact I read the whole thing through twice
looking for some cryptic clue to the joke but then decided that is
just the batty[1] sort of thing the RHS would do. Then I saw that
later in the day the Telegraph had picked up the RHS story which
either means it really is a thing or they have been duped just like
me.

Nick
Talking about batty, I wondered about the "Torpedo Bat" story too. But
it seems Torpedo Bats really exist in baseball circles.

Well, there may not be a lot in the print media, but my Facebook feed is
full of them. Some rather lame, but this is a good one:

I did an April Fool on myself today. I drove down to the beach for a
walk, did a bit of shopping, chatting and sitting around. Then I
arrived home an hour late as I had not updated the clocks in the car.
Almost missed Classic Coronation Street!
