The who's who page for Clive still says Alex Jones. Surely they would
have changed it if somebody else had taken over, wouldn't they?

I have just found this -
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt33094389/fullcredits

It names Alex Jones as Clive, but I don't know where the information
comes from. If the BBC hasn't published this information then this and
any other source could still be guessing that there has been no change
since 2011, when Clive was last around.

An excerpt of his 2011 appearance is included near the end of this
week's Ambridge on the Couch podcast (other Archers podcasts are readily
available) and whilst I older I think it is the same voice.

All current arrangements are per episode. Under the Beetle David and
Ruth were guaranteed a number of episodes per annum (and I suspect that
Phil may have had a similar deal).

David mentioned this when interviewed on one of the podcasts some time
ago - but everything is now by appearance.

An interesting appearance last week was Lottie and I suspect she was
brought in because Pip who would have been a far more obvious school
gate informant was presumably not available.
