A line in this reminds me of a occasion in my Creative Writing degree
when one of the class had written a piece detailing a visit to a
prostitute where his protagonist requested a "reverse cowgirl".

One of the more innocent (perhaps) members of the class asked what a
reverse cowgirl was and whether it involved spurs to which I replied
quite unintentionally "No, but it mght involve the Arsenal". I instantly
realised what I had said and slid under the desk.
