Aaargh! I'm not going to click that. If I do, I presume I'll get the
whole half-yearsworth again, which I really don't want, I guess
the kind thing to do, Vicky, would be to copy and paste just the
single day's worth. Failing that, I think if you add #May to the
right of 2024 of the UR, it would at least position the text at 1 May,
though even then still downloading the whole 1.3MB.
It really is not a well designed user-friendly webpage.

I remember running a email support group once, where it took me
some time to grasp the nettle and persuade some posters not to
always include all the preceding post. By that time each post had
already got well into its first megabyte.

It is possible to reduce to a single month's worth (links at the top of
the page) and then the end key to take you to the most recent entry.
