Hi Jenny. I can only access umra if using my PC, which is less
comfortable now than the ipad. I need help too tosit at it and get off
it. My leg is healing and I'm having to do exercises and walk with a
zimmer frame to build muscles back to walk.
I haven't had physio since I left rehab at the beginning of August. It
takes at least 6 weeks to get the community one and it is to be on the
3rd October. And that won't be daily or twice daily as in rehab. Not
sure how often. They don't provide outdoor zimmer frames so we bought
one and I have been using it and today got it outside along the
pavement a little way. It is one you can sit on for a rest and store a
little shopping in. I hope to walk to Sainsurys, which is very close,
in time.
